Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will manage and develop company-owned digital channels, primarily TikTok and YouTube, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
key responsibilities
- - Build and execute growth strategies for TikTok and YouTube to increase followers and engagement.
- - Plan, manage, and optimize content performance across channels using company-provided content creation tools and platforms.
- - Monitor channel analytics, track video performance, and report on KPIs (views, watch time, conversion rates).
- - Research and stay ahead of viral trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities on TikTok and YouTube.
- - Manage comments, interact with the audience, and foster a loyal community around the brand.
- - Conduct basic keyword research and assist in optimizing video titles, descriptions, and hashtags for search and discoverability.
- - Effectively utilize the company’s content production tools to streamline workflows and maintain high-quality output.
- - Collaborate with internal teams to develop content projects and campaigns.
- - Perform market and audience research to better understand customer needs, interests, and content consumption habits.
basic Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- - Proven track record of managing TikTok or YouTube channels.
- - Understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.
- - Strong content sense and ability to evaluate what content will attract and engage audiences.
- - Ability to capture trends quickly and adapt content styles to different platforms.
- - Capable of managing multiple production schedules and meeting strict posting deadlines.
- - Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and resilience.
preferred Qualifications
- - Hands-on experience managing TikTok and/or YouTube channels.
- - Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro).
- - Experience using AI tools for scriptwriting, voiceover, or video generation.
- - Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager or YouTube Studio advertising.
- - Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into content improvements.
