key responsibilities

• - Work with the product and engineering team to research and analyze livestream setups, including hardware, platforms, and common troubleshooting scenarios.

• - Provide user-centric feedback and feature suggestions from the perspective of an experienced livestreamer.

• - Help define and test platform-specific livestream presets for TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

• - Participate in product testing and live A/B demos when needed.

basic Qualifications

• - Hands-on experience with livestreaming setup: lighting, cameras, microphones, OBS, and other streaming tools.

• - Familiarity with mainstream livestreaming platforms: TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live.

• - Ability to troubleshoot common livestream issues such as lag, video/audio errors, and incorrect framing.

• - Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset when working with cross-functional teams.

preferred Qualifications

• - Previous experience working with KOLs, livestream sales teams, or media/marketing agencies.

• - Knowledge of livestreaming metrics, audience behaviors, and engagement optimization.

• - Experience giving actionable product feedback and contributing to iterative software development.

• - Based in Hanoi for easier collaboration with the local tech team (preferred but not required).

• - Priority is given to people in Hanoi to facilitate meetings with the technical team when needed.
